Click the Profile tab and then click Change Profile. On the Options tab, click Use the Access Gateway Plug-in for logon. You can log on by double-clicking the Access Gateway icon on the desktop or by right- clicking the Access Gateway icon in the notification area on the taskbar and clicking Logon. Seemed easy enough until I realized that my years old CAG client installation was not showing up in my Add/Remove programs.
